Dave’s Story

In 2007 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. My PSA was 27. I was given several options for treatment. I was not a candidate for the cancer center in Houston, Texas or Phoenix, Arizona due to the high PSA count. I chose to have a radical prostatectomy in January 2008.

After surgery my PSA count dropped to around 1. I Was informed by the surgeon that the cancer had spread outside the prostate and was found in the seminal vesicles. I was told that it was impossible to determine other locations ofcancer cells.

My count started rising gradually and my doctor advised a trial period of Lupron injections to see if they would bring the PSA count back down. I agreed to 3 monthly injections, which did work to reduce the PSA count. We agreed at that time to start the Lupron once again if the PSA count rose to 8.

I was introduced to a substance (name unknown) that was recommended to me to take to help with this cancer. It was a dark, coarse, grainy type substance in a small container. I was not told the name of this product. I was instructed to take an amount approximate in size to the head of a matchstick each day. My PSA counts dropped while on this substance.

I stopped taking this substance approximately April or May 2011. My counts steadily increased again. In July 2011, the PSA rose to that dreaded number 8. My doctor recommended another round of Lupron and I agreed to one shot that would last 3 months.

I attempted to obtain more of the substance mentioned above also. I wanted to try anything that would help. I was told about a liquid substance that was found to work better than the grainy substance and was given some to try. I took one teaspoon of this product every other day beginning in July 2011.

My instructions were to return for another PSA test on October 12, 2011. I had been visiting the doctor every 2-3 months prior to this visit for a recheck on my PSA. Each time I went in, my PSA count had doubled from the time before.

At this visit, I was informed that my PSA count was down to 0.064!! This is lower than it was right after the surgery in 2008. My doctor was very pleased and told me that he didn’t want to see me for SIX months!!! This has not happened in 4 years! I’m really looking forward to seeing my next PSA results at my next appointment.

P.S. I have experienced no side effects from taking either substance AND I have noticed that the pre-cancerous spots on my face and ears are completely GONE! These were spots that had required freezing with liquid nitrogen many times in the past.
